CREATING A HIGH END BRAND FOR AN ARCHITECTURE PHOTOGRAPHER
Lucas Muro came to POMO with a goal to be the 'go to' photographer for high end architectural projects in Queensland. Lucas is based in Southeast Queensland and services clients around Australia and internationally.
Lucas knew what he wanted his business to be, he just wasn't sure how to develop and implement a strategy to see his vision become a reality. POMO was engaged to deliver. The aim was to Create the brand 'Lucas Muro Architectural & Interior Design Photographer' as the only choice for high-end architecture photography in Queensland.

WHAT WAS POMO'S METHODOLOGY?
POMO recommended the creation of a brand strategy as a first step. This included defining the values of the brand and the vision for the future, a workshop was conducted to analyse these and a number of other crucial aspects of the brand.
POMO's next step was to develop a brand strategy. This included conducting research covering such topics as:
> The target market > Demographics > Psychographics > Buying behaviour > Perception of truth
It was vital for POMO to identify what was unique about the brand and services and the outstanding point of difference to achieve maximum brand penetration. Key messaging was also determined in order to be distinct from the competition and to resonate with the target market.
A brand strategy report was prepared and presented to the client. This report laid the foundations for the creative design work to follow, a process featuring a further six-step methodology.
The end result was the creation of a very unique brand which is appropriate for his target market. A comprehensive strategy to position and execute that brand in the marketplace was also created.
Brand solution has driven commercial expansion into the target market.
